New Zealand Paua shell is one of the most brilliant and colourful shells in the world, there is a strict quota system that is enforced for the gathering of paua by both commercial and individual fishermen. Due to this fact and popularity of this shell, it has became more expensive over the years and the price continues to climb.

The shell is brought over to Bali from New Zealand, worked, shaped, polish and made into jewelry at our work shop.
